'Micah' 
2011 BMDCSA Championship Show
Micah (pictured here at 5 years old) was a wonderful ambassador for Branbern, be it in the show ring or dining at the local restaurant with his family in Adelaide. Sadly he died of cancer in January 2012, only 5 years of age but in his short life he touched so many people.
Micah was well renowned for his sweet temperament, balanced structure but most of all his beautiful, free flowing movement.

He was mainly shown in his home state of South Australia, where he impressed local & international judges alike from a very young age despite bing slow to mature. His last show was possibly his best of all, winning his 3rd Royal Challenge & Runner Up BOB at the 2011 Royal Adelaide Show, which had followed on from him winning Reserve DCC & Best Open In Show at the BMDCSA Championship in June 2011.
On top of this, despite being shown sparingly he was a consistent best of breed winner with class in group wins as well.

2007 BMDCV Judge Anita Whitmarsh said of him: "Male attitude and bearing. Excellent conformation, balance. Well bodied. Excellent proportions. Lovely dark eyes, good expression. Good topline, well set tail. Excellent length of thigh, good stifle. Strong pasterns, good feet. Moves with ease and parallel."
